Refund Policy

At Tapify Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your Burn subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are provided.

1. Free Trial

All new Pro subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Pro features at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is needed as no payment is collected during the trial period.

2. Subscription Refunds

Web Subscriptions (Stripe):

  • If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
  • Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

App Store Subscriptions (Apple):

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies.
  • To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
  • We cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

3. How to Request a Refund

For web subscriptions, you can request a refund by:

  • Emailing us at akchurin11alnur@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Including your order/transaction ID if available

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal (unless required by law)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Change of mind after the 14-day refund window
  • Inability to use the Service due to unsupported device or internet connection issues

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions:

  • Cancellation: Stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing period. Access may be revoked upon refund processing.

6. Pro-Rated Refunds

For yearly subscriptions, if you request a refund after the 14-day window but within the first 30 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion, minus the equivalent monthly rate for the time used.

7. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at akchurin11alnur@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
